Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center Behind the scene tour
Mike Miller of AWCC has donated this tour for up to 12 people. This tour
includes a “bear walk” with 3 adult brown bears, photo opportunity
with selected animals, BBQ picnic lunch and nature walk. The AWCC is a
non profit wildlife center located south of Anchorage and is home to many
injured and orphaned animals. AWCC is also currently the staging area
for the Wood bison reintroduction supported by Alaska Chapter SCI. This
tour can be taken winter or summer any day of the week and lasts approximately
2 hours.
