Halibut & 6 oz Filet Mignon with Bearnaise Sauce, Served with Northwoods Grain Pilaf with Long & Short Grain Brown, Wild Jasmine Barley and Fresh Seasonal Vegetable.
Dessert
Chocolate Mousse Cake with Sour Cherries & a Chocolate Glaze.
