Hotel Policies:

Check in time: 3:00 PM
• Check out time: 12:00 PM
• Late Check out Fee: If a guest checks out after 12:00 PM it will
be subjected to the following charges.
o 12:00-3:00 PM: $30.00
o 3:00- 6:00 PM: $60.00
o After 6:00 PM: One night’s room and tax
• Early Departure Fee: If a guest opts to check out prior to the
reservation made, the individual will be charged $50.00 plus occupancy
tax, to the credit card put on file at time of check in.
• No Show Fee: If an attendee does not show up for their reservation
the credit card used to guarantee the reservation, will be charged one
night’s room and tax.
• Cancellation policy: 24 hours prior to arrival
• Individual Call in Reservations: If your guest’s are making
their own reservations, they can do so via central reservations at 1-800-245-2527
or online at www.anchorage.hilton.com. All attendees making reservations
on their own should also direct all changes and cancellations though one
of these sources. If making reservations online, please have your group
code, as this will allow you to access your group’s negotiated rate.
If your guests are encountering issues making their reservations, please
contact Cindy Semonis or Lessie Kincaid for further assistance.
• Incidentals: All guests are required per hotel policy to place
a credit card on file, for any extra charges they may accrue during their
stay with us. If they are unable to provide us with a credit card, they
may put a $50.00 deposit down to cover any charges accrued, if nothing
has been charged to their room, they may get that money back at time of
departure.

o $14.00 for Valet, 24 hour, with in and out privileges.
o $7.00 for Self Parking, 24 hours, with in and out privileges.

Internet:
o $8.95 for Web TV for 24 hours, starting at check in.
o $9.95 for High Speed for 24 hours, starting at check in.
o $25.00 for High Speed for 5 days.
o Business Center: $2.99 for the first 5 minutes, and $.59 per minute
there after.
o High Speed Wireless internet is available in the Lobby, Conference Center
Area, Hooper Bay and Bruins at an additional cost.

o Hooper Bay Café : 6:00 am- 10:00 pm, Daily
o Bruins Lounge: 2:00 pm- 1:00 am, Daily
o Top of the World: 6:00 pm- 10:00 pm, Wednesday through Saturday
o The Deck at the Top of the World: Closed until further notice.
