Alaska Hunting Trip – Holliday Air one of the Alaska Chapter’s oldest and valued donors has again donated a fantastic 10 day opportunity to hunt caribou, moose, brown bear and wolves in the fall of 2011 for 2 hunters. This drop off trip is for 10 days in early September 2012 in GMU 17 or 19. This hunt is an unguided drop off from Illiamna to hunt some of the best game habitat in all of Alaska! Colorado Antelope – Storm Peak Outfitters and our auctioneer Les Ohlhauser are donating this very special 3-day trophy pronghorn hunt for 1 hunter. The hunt takes place near Trinidad, CO. This is an ideal hunt for a trophy hunter, lady hunter, youth hunter or a first-time hunter. This hunt has a 100% success rate. License is not provided. Montana Whitetail/Mule Deer Combo – Swan Mountain Outfitters/Montana Outfitters & Guides Association. Choose Your Hunt- Montana – Swan Mountain Outfitters is donating a “Choose Your Hunt” package. There are a variety of hunts that we offer throughout the course of the year. With “Choose Your Hunt” all species we hunt are in the pool of offered hunts. The season and species varies so that each hunt option approximates the same targeted retail value of $3,500. Hunt package choices are:
- 5-day Combination Rifle Hunt for mule deer or whitetail deer for 1 hunter for the 2012 or 2013 season, hunters can add elk tag at no extra cost for hunt.
- Spring 5-day horseback bear hunt for one hunter for the 2012 or 2013 season.
- Wilderness archery elk 7-day hunt off of horseback for one hunter, for the 2012 or 2013 season.
- Duck N Buck – Public land mountain whitetail hunt/waterfowl combo 6-days for 1 hunter for the 2012 or 2013 season.
Texas Blackbuck – Gil Henderson* is donating a black buck antelope hunt near Lagrange Texas for one trophy black buck. Hunt includes two days daily rates and trophy fee for one blackbuck antelope. Gil is a long time donor and a great friend to AK-SCI. Additional days and/or trophies can be added per pricelist and previous hunters may apply the trophy fee towards or trophies. Ohio Whitetail Hunt – Eastern Ohio is becoming well known for huge whitetails. This 3 day rifle/bow or handgun hunt was donated by Dakota Outfitters’ Eric Stonecipher. This hunt includes lodge accommodations and a whitetail up to 160 SCI. Additional hunters can be added, license fees not included. This trip is for August through December 2012.
